Disclosed is a desk organizer adapted to be located on a desk defining a horizontal plane between a computer screen and keyboard to locate stationery items without interrupting viewing of the computer screen and operation of the keyboard. The desk organizer includes an elongate body, shaped to face a user with the longitudinal dimension being oriented when in use parallel to a longitudinal dimension of the keyboard and the body being curved or angled in the horizontal plane. There is an upper inclined body surface facing the user and a lower body surface to face and abut a support surface. The upper and lower surfaces separated by a depth dimension. The upper surface including at least one recess to removably locate stationery items therein and at least one device support surface to support an IT device. The dimension extending from the device support surface to an adjacent rear face of the back of the elongate body of the desk organizer is dimensioned such that a user can both secure and operate the IT device with at least one hand. The fingers can be located on the back and the thumb located on the front to operate the IT device.
