The at least one holding segment (20, 20A, 20B, 20C, 20D, 20E) is formed on the body (10,10A, 10B, 10C, 10D, 10E) and each has an extending stem (21, 21A, 21B, 21C, 21D, 21E). The extending stem (21, 21A, 21B, 21C, 21D, 21E) is formed on the body (10, 10A, 10B, 10C, 10D, 10E) and has a free end opposite to the body (10, 10A, 10B, 10C, 10D, 10E).
