The device has an aerodynamic element (5) arranged upstream of a front trap door (3), over all the width of the front trap door and a rear trap door (4), and formed so as to generate aerodynamic disturbances of controlled intensity and frequency. A flat plate (7) presents a height appreciably equal to the height of a boundary layer existing on a fuselage (6) of an aircraft (AC) at a level of a front landing gear (2). The plate is made of metal. The landing gear is equipped with front and rear trap doors.
