PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems wherein a gas chamber inside is brought into high pressure to prevent bottoming, in a conventional air suspension, and wherein frictional resistance increases in a seal member provided to slide in an outer body and an inner tube, since the gas chamber inside is brought into the high pressure, to prevent a smooth operation, and a problem wherein the whole stroke is used up to bring easily the bottoming, when the gas chamber inside is reduced to conduct the smooth operation of the suspension with priority, and wherein a traveling behavior of a vehicle gets unstable therein. SOLUTION: This suspension includes a piston rod 6a inserted slidably with the inner tube 2a into the outer body 1a via the seal member 9a, and attached to an outer body side in an inside of the inner tube, and a damper part attached with a piston valve provided via the piston rod, and magnetic members are disposed in a piston valve tip and an inner tube inside bottom part, to generate a repulsion between the magnet members, in the suspension.
