PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus which is capable of manufacturing an information display panel by properly and reliably bonding upper and lower substrates together with a simpler structure. SOLUTION: An apparatus 20 for manufacturing an information display panel, which includes a step of bonding an upper substrate 1 to a lower substrate 2 with an adhesive including an ultraviolet curable material, includes: a lower stage 21 on which the lower substrate is placed; an upper stage 22 which holds the upper substrate and is movable to a position facing the lower substrate; an image recognition device 30 for positioning the upper stage relative to the lower stage; a pressing and curing unit 40 which is provided integrally with a pressing roller 41 for applying pressure in contact with a top surface of the upper substrate 1 which is bonded at a prescribed position positioned relative to the lower substrate 2 via the ultraviolet curable material on the basis of an image obtained by the image recognition device 30, and a ultraviolet light source 42 for curing the adhesive; and a rocking arm portion 45 connected to the upper stage in a state where the pressing and curing unit is permitted to move in a horizontal direction and a vertical direction in accordance with a state of the top of the lower stage.
