PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter capable of transplanting pot-like seedlings and transplanting bare seedlings. SOLUTION: The seedling transplanter is constituted such that seedling planting hoppers 3, 3 are arranged on right and left sides of a traveling vehicle body 2, a seedling feeding unit 20 in which a seedling housing body 19 revolves in a loop shape and feeds seedlings to the seedling planting hopper 3, 3 is arranged above the seedling planting hopper 3, 3 and a seedling planting tool 57 moving up and down by itself and carrying out planting actions are arranged inside of the revolving seedling housing body 19 of the seedling feeding unit 20 and at the general center of right/left sides of the travelling vehicle body 2.
