<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a color balance adjusting circuit of an organic electroluminescence display device. <P>SOLUTION: For each of three kinds of organic electroluminescence elements of RGB arranged in a display part, a first gradation reference voltage matching an upper limit value of a gradation voltage and a second gradation reference voltage matching a lower limit value are generated. Each gradation reference voltage is regulated by using an electronic volume. After assembling the organic electroluminescence display device, the electronic volume is adjusted so that suitable image quality is obtained. A fuse memory element 300 is used to store control data of the electronic volume in this process. In the display action of the organic electroluminescence display device 2, the control data are read from the fuse memory element 300 to an adjustment value register group 304 used for the control of the electronic volume. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
