PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device including a flat plane display panel which allows to previously suppress occurrence of electromagnetic interference wave, and requires no electromagnetic shield blocking the occurring electromagnetic interference wave. SOLUTION: This display device includes: a flat plane display panel having a front glass substrate including a display surface of a flat plane shape, a back glass substrate, and a plurality of electrodes arranged between the front glass substrate and the back glass substrate and applying an electric field to a plurality of pixels composing two-dimensional matrix within the flat plane being parallel to the display surface; a chassis supporting the flat plane display panel from the back side; a conductor layer arranged between the chassis and the flat plane display and becoming in electrical contact with at least one part of the chassis; an insulator layer arranged between the conductor layer and the chassis; and a driver driving circuit arranged at the back side of the chassis and makes the pixels emit light by driving the plurality of electrodes, and connected electrically to at least one part of the chassis.
