PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving device used for remote control for mainly locking and unlocking a gate door or opening and closing a shutter, etc., which is inexpensively and surely operated by remote control. SOLUTION: A controller 12 can set a single receiving device 14 for both the gate door and the shutter by setting an intermittent operation time according to an operation signal from a transmission device 5 when pairing is performed.
