PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic bread making machine capable of making a chunk of bread from cereal grains and easy to appropriately and automatically introduce bread raw materials after a grinding process. SOLUTION: The automatic bread making machine includes a bread raw material storing container 80 for storing the bread raw materials to be introduced into a bread container in a specified timing after the cereal grains are ground. The container 80 includes a container body 81 provided with an opening 81a and a brim 81b outward extending from a side edge of the opening 81a, a cover 82 pivoted on the body 81 and able to open/close the opening 81a, and a seal 84 fixed to the body 81 and for sealing a space between the brim 81b and the cover 82 under the opening 81a being closed by the cover 82.
