<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical pickup device that prevents a resin surface of a photodetector from being deteriorated due to interference fringes, with a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor laser 101 is held by a holder 101a to be mounted on a base 400. A laser beam emitted from the semiconductor laser 101 is separated into a main beam and a sub-beam by a diffraction grating 102 to enter a polarized beam splitter 102, and a part thereof is transmitted through the polarized beam splitter 102 for power monitoring. An FMD 111 for power monitoring is mounted on an FPC 200, and a heat radiation member 300 is mounted on the backside. The laser beam for power monitoring enters the FMD 111 through an opening 111b formed in a cover 111a. Heat of the FMD 111 is transferred to the heat radiation member 300, and then transferred to a heat-conductive cover 500 in contact with the upper surface of the heat radiation member 300. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
