PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC/DC converter that is low cost and highly reliable. SOLUTION: The DC/DC converter includes: an input voltage detection circuit 35 which detects an input voltage Vi of an input terminal 13 and converts the voltage Vi to an input voltage signal Vid by a first A/D converter 43; an output voltage detection circuit 37 which detects an output voltage Vo of an output terminal 19 and converts the voltage Vo to an output voltage signal Vod by a second A/D converter 49; a current detection circuit 29 which detects a current I flowing through the terminal 19 and converts the current I to an current signal Id by a third A/D converter 53; an arithmetic circuit 55 which calculates and outputs an control signal Ctd to control matching at least either of the signal Vid, signal Vod, or signal Id to a predetermined target value; a D/A converter 61 which converts the signal Ctd to a control voltage Ct; and a PWM circuit 63 which outputs an on-off signal SW of a first switching element 23 and a second switching element 25 from the control voltage Ct.
