摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cancer inspection method for accurately and simply evaluating the liver carcinogenesis of a chemical substance, and to provide a method for screening a mammal individual about the prime factor of liver cancer. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a specific microRNA effective for detecting the presence of a liver tumor lesion in a mammal. The method for inspecting the liver tumor lesion in the mammal is characterized by comprising (1) the first process of measuring the content of one or more microRNAs selected from the group consisting of the following microRNAs, contained in a specimen supplied by the mammal, and (2) the second process of comparing the measurement value of the content of microRNA contained in the specimen, obtained in the first process, with the control value of the content of the microRNA, and then evaluating the presence or absence of the liver tumor lesion in the mammal for supplying the specimen on the basis of the difference. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
