<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication system that reduces the probability that a delay until transmission of data increases since a timer used to determine whether a mobile station is in a synchronous state or in a false asynchronous state expires, and it is determined that the mobile station actually in the synchronous state is in the false asynchronous state. <P>SOLUTION: A base station of the wireless communication system in which the mobile station and base station communicate with each other, is equipped with: a means of setting a time to determine synchronism of an up signal from the mobile station; and a means of determining the set time for each mobile station, and reporting a message associated with RRC connection establishment to the mobile station. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
