PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a canister arrangement structure of a motorcycle which extends capacity of the canister, has an excellent foot grounding property, and an operational feeling with good lateral balance. SOLUTION: The canister arrangement structure of the motorcycle includes: a seat rail 14 constituting the rear part of a vehicle frame; a rear cowl 26 covering the seat rail 14; and a canister 35 which sucks evaporating gas in a fuel tank arranged on a front upper side of the vehicle frame. The canister 35 is constituted by serially connecting the plurality of canisters 35A, 35B. At least one canister 35 is arranged between one side of the seat rail 14 and the rear cowl 26, and between the other side of the seat rail 14 and the rear cowl 26, respectively.
