PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic control device that can securely fix a printed board in a case without depending on the variations of the thickness of the printed board. SOLUTION: Fitting sections 19A and 19C push second sidewalls 13A and 13C of projections 8A and 8C not opposite to projections 8B and 8D toward the side opposite to the second projections 8B and 8D. Fitting sections 19B and 19D push second sidewalls 13B and 13D of the projections 8B and 8D not opposite to projections 8A and 8C toward the side opposite to the projections 8A and 8C. Both ends of a printed board 2 are held by first sidewalls 12A and 12C of the projections 8A and 8C and first sidewalls 12B and 12D of the projections 8B and 8D that are opposite to the first sidewalls 12A and 12C.
