PURPOSE: Flour including raw soybean powder, and a producing method thereof are provided to secure the improved protein content and processing suitability. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of flour including raw soybean powder comprises the following steps: pulverizing washed soybeans into 100~150micrometers after drying; and mixing 10~40wt% of obtained raw soybean powder, and 60~90wt% of flour. The raw soybean powder contains isoflavon, anthocyanin, and functional protein.
