<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a decorative molding which has excellent high hardness and scratch resistance, and to provide a decorative sheet formed with an ink composition and a decorative molding. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a decorative molding includes a process (1) of arranging, in an injection molding mold, a decorative sheet 10 having at least a release layer 12 and a hard coat layer forming layer 13 formed by applying an ink composition for hard coat layers having ionizing radiation hardenability, formed in order on one side of a substrate film 11, an injection process (2) of injecting a molten resin into a cavity and cooling and solidifying the resin to laminate and integrate the resin molding and the decorative sheet 10 together, a process (3) of taking out the resultant molding consisting of the resin molding and the decorative sheet 10 integrated, a process (4) of releasing the substrate film 11 of the decorative sheet 10 from the molding and a hard coat layer forming process (5) forming a hard coat layer comprising hardening the hard coat layer forming layer 13 formed on the molding in an atmosphere of an oxygen concentration of≤2%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
