HALOGEN FREE MULTIPLE SHEET WITH ELECTROMAGNETIC WAVE ABSORPTION AND IN-PLANE THERMAL CONDUCTION, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A halogen free multiple sheet with electromagnetic wave absorption and in-plane thermal conduction and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to laminate pre-forms which are formed by a calendar processing method and compress and harden the pre-forms by a heating press, thereby easily manipulating the electromagnetic wave absorption and in-plane thermal conduction features of the multiple sheet. CONSTITUTION: An elastomer base resin, in-plane graphite powder, and a hardening agent are inputted into a pressurization distribution mixer(S110). The inputted materials are mixed at 90~120°C by the pressurization distribution mixer to form mixtures for horizontally thermal conduction(S120). The mixtures are formed by a calendar whose surface temperature is between 50 and 80°C to obtain a horizontal thermal conduction sheet pre-form(S130).
