PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an enclosure of card type apparatus wherein the card type apparatus can be inserted and drawn out without removing the battery while reducing the thickness. SOLUTION: A battery 3 and a card type apparatus 4 are enclosed in a case 1 while being arranged on one surface thereof at positions facing each other so that they are substantially flush with each other, and a spacing (W) is provided between the battery 3 and the card type apparatus 4 so that the card type apparatus 4 can move to a position where the card type apparatus 4 rides over the battery 3. More specifically, other component (8) is arranged in the interval (W) between the battery 3 and the card type apparatus 4. A battery cover 2 covering the battery 3 is also provided, and the battery cover 2 includes a rib 5 which locks the card type apparatus 4 by abutting against the end thereof. A slope surface 6 which facilitates drawing out of the card type apparatus 4 is provided in the spacing (W) between the battery 3 and the card type apparatus 4. Furthermore, a substrate 9 to be arranged in the case 1 is provided, and the substrate 9 is extended to the spacing (W) between the battery 3 and the card type apparatus 4.
