PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that an elderly person hardly takes out a tablet from a PTP sheet and is apt to drop down the tablet to roll away when finally taking it out. SOLUTION: Although the tablets are various in size from big ones to small ones, small and large rotary holes in a base part (2) allow most tablets to be taken out and housed according to their sizes. Also, by making a projected part (1) into a trapezoidal-conic shape, the PTP sheet after the tablet is removed is easy to peel off. An upper part (8) of a body portion is shorter and narrower than a lower part (9) of the body portion for an easy-to-see operation when taking out the tablet. Further, a trembling hand makes it hard to place the tablet on the dispensing hole, and if such is the case, the attached container (6) for receiving the tablets is removed from the body portion and the body portion is placed on a table or the like, so as to take out the tablet.
