TOOL-LESS PEDAL ASSEMBLY

A pedaled vehicle (10) includes a frame (14), a wheel (16) rotatably coupled to the frame, a crank assembly (18) operatively coupled to the wheel (16) and having a bore (24), a pedal (22) configured to be received in the bore (24) of the crank assembly (18), and a spring clip (38, 90, 130, 150) coupled to the pedal (22) and having a first configuration and second configuration. When the spring clip (38, 90, 130, 150) is in the first configuration, a portion of the pedal (22) is permitted to pass through the bore (24) in the crank assembly (18). When the spring clip (38, 90, 130, 150) is in the second configuration, however, the portion of the pedal (22) is prevented from being removed from the bore (24) of the crank assembly (18). The pedal (22) is configured to be coupled to the crank assembly (18) in a tool-less manner.
