The sensor comprises two guard threads (7, 7') that are woven in the belt webbing. The two guard threads include a carrier thread that is connected with a duct element. A control unit (11) is formed with a time delay part, and the evaluation device is arranged on the belt webbing and includes a network-independent power source e.g. rechargeable battery.
