<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent that an organic solvent is volatilized and that a function of an organic compound for forming an organic semiconductor element is reduced while a liquid composition for the organic semiconductor element is stored in a container. <P>SOLUTION: A storing method of the liquid composition for the organic semiconductor element is provided, in which a process of storing the liquid composition for the organic semiconductor element containing the organic compound for forming the organic semiconductor element and the organic solvent is included, wherein the liquid composition for the organic semiconductor element is stored in the interior of the storing container having a container body, a packing to cover an opening of the container body, and a lid. The container body has an inner wall formed of a material which neither chemically act against the organic solvent nor chemically act against the organic compound. When making the container body into a sealed state by attaching the packing and the lid to the container body, a surface of the packing to cover the opening of the container body and to be contacted with the opening end part is composed of a material to contain a resin to have fluorine atom. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
