PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide eaves which are easily assembled, which is lightweight and provides a stately feeling without reducing strength, and which can easily harmonize with the color of an exterior wall. SOLUTION: In these eaves, a plurality of support members are attached to an exterior wall surface apart from each other horizontally, and eaves boards are put on and fixed to the upper surfaces of the support members. (a) The projection amounts of the support members from the exterior wall surface are shorter than those of the eaves boards from the exterior wall surface, respectively, and (b) long backing members formed of a hard foam resin are fixed to the support members while being brought into contact with the lower surfaces of the support members, the lower surfaces of the extension parts of the eaves boards, and the exterior wall surface, respectively.
