PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feed screw with linear motion bearing, which includes a shaft body capable of being smoothly linearly moved through a small driving force, and is easy to manufacture. SOLUTION: The feed screw with linear motion bearing includes a feed screw 54 in which the shaft body 51 having a thread groove 51a on the outer periphery and a nut 52 having a thread groove 52a on the inner periphery arranged around the shaft body 51, are mutually fitted so as to be rotatable. A plurality of linear grooves 51b each having a depth smaller than that of the thread groove 51a of the shaft body 51, are formed on the periphery of the shaft body 51 so as to extend in the axial direction across the thread groove 51a. The feed screw further includes a linear motion bearing 57 having an outer cylinder 56 which receives the shaft body 51 so as to be non-rotatable but slidable through an engagement means.
