The present invention relates to a mouth closure device for inducing nasal breathing during sleep, which is to be worn beneath the chin of a user for converting oral breathing to nasal breathing during sleep to relieve dry mouth, snoring, and sleep apnea, and to maximize the use of the nasal cavity of the user. The mouth closure device of the present invention comprises: an elastic support portion (102) to be put around the neck of the user; an elastic chin support portion (104) which is formed along an upper surface of the support portion (102) to support the chin of the user such that the chin is prevented from drooping during sleep; and a band-type tightening member (108) arranged on the side surfaces of both the elastic support portion (102) and the elastic chin support portion (104) and tightened around the neck of the user to prevent the elastic chin support portion (104) from moving from the chin of the user during sleep. |
