PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily edit an instruction word in a ladder diagram. SOLUTION: The instruction word editing method in a ladder diagram includes: a first step of moving a cursor 9 to the instruction word C3 displayed in an editing source cell 7 on an editing screen 1; a second step of dragging the cursor 9 to an editing destination cell 8 by a mouse; and a third step of editing the instruction word to the editing destination cell 8 by dropping the cursor by the mouse on the editing destination cell 8 dragged.
