PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microreactor which can solve a conventional problem and perform a reaction using a singlet oxygen safely and efficiently. SOLUTION: This microreactor comprises a microflow channel 8, a reaction part 2 with a porous silicon layer 5 formed on the inner surface of the microflow channel 8, a liquid lead-in means 13 which leads a feedstock liquid containing a dissolved oxygen into the microflow channel 8, and a light irradiation means 12 which irradiates the porous silicon layer 5 of the microflow channel 8 with light.
