<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a color filter which is carried out, by forming color pixels having a plurality of colors one by one adjacently to one another by a photolithography, wherein the color pixels having the plurality of colors are provided one by one adjacently to one another and even in a color filter provided, in such a way that the color pixel of the preceding color is made to butt against the color pixel of the succeeding color, in the order, the color pixel having no inversely tapered side surface is formed between the color pixel of the preceding color and the color pixel of the succeeding color. <P>SOLUTION: The color pixels of the succeeding color are formed in such a manner that the side face edge of the color pixel of the adjacent succeeding color is not in contact with a forward tapered side face of the pixel of the preceding color, in the order in an initial stage of development, after the exposure of a coating film of a photoresist through a photomask. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
