PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an additive composition for a hydraulic composition which is free from the deterioration of the flowability of the hydraulic composition and improving short age strength or initial strength without curing after kneading. SOLUTION: The additive composition for hydraulic composition contains glycerol, one or more kinds of inorganic salts A selected from alkali metal sulfates and alkali metal thiosulfates and a naphthalene-based dispersant, in which the molar ratio (glycerol)/(inorganic salt A) of glycerol to the inorganic salt A is (5/95) to (55/45).
