PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement the replacement of a server apparatus executing call processing without discontinuing communication. SOLUTION: A source server apparatus 11 and a destination server apparatus 12 execute call processing under a condition where the source server apparatus 11 and the destination server apparatus 12 are connected to a switch 13. This allows call information stored in a call information storage part 124 in the destination server apparatus 12 to be updated with the latest information. A migration timing determination part 14 compares the number of calls processed by the source server apparatus 11 with the number of calls processed by the destination server apparatus 12 and, when they are same, it determines that the source server apparatus 11 can be replaced with the destination server apparatus 12.
