PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a port structure member of a containment device capable of inexpensively forming a port of any side at any position, for example, reducing the waste amount of an exchanged arm glove and the like, and having high safety. SOLUTION: The port structure member 20 of the containment device includes a first cylindrical member 21 fitted with a peripheral edge of a port forming hole 4a formed on a transparent soft synthetic resin sheet 4 defining at least a part of a chamber on an outer peripheral surface, and a second cylindrical member 22 externally fitted with the first cylindrical member so as to sandwich the peripheral edge of the port forming hole of the transparent soft synthetic resin sheet.
