A NOVEL 5-MEMBERED HETEROCYCLE DERIVATIVES AND MANUFACTURING PROCESS THEREOF

PURPOSE: A novel 5-membered hetercyclic derivative and a method for preparing the same are provided to obtain an anticancer agent. CONSTITUTION: A novel 5-membered heterocyclic derivative is denoted by chemical formula I. A method for preparing the compound of chemical formula I comprises: a step of performing Suzuki cross-coupling or Stille cross-coupling of a compound of chemical formula 2 with substituted boronic acid compounds or substituted tributyltin compounds to prepare a compound of chemical formula 3; a step of performing reduction, substitution, cyclization, reductive amination, hydrolyzation, oxidation, dehydration, alcohol addition, or deacetylation of the compound of chemical formula 3 to prepare a compound of chemical formula 4; a step of deprotecting a benzyl group of the compound of chemical formula 4 using boron trichloride(BCl_3).
