MEASUREMENT APPARATUS OF POWER QUALITY

PURPOSE: A device for measuring power quality is provided to sample voltage and current signals preset number times and detect abnormality such as excessive voltage and current using an inclination between sampled data, thereby measuring power quality. CONSTITUTION: An A/D converter unit(20) samples voltage and current signals applied from a power system at least preset number times to convert the sampled voltage and current signals into a plurality of sampling data. A controller(30) measures an inclination between the sampling data and compares a calculated inclination value with a pre-stored reference value to detect abnormality. If abnormality is detected, the controller stores data before/after the abnormality.
