PURPOSE: A performance inspector for a secondary storage is provided to prevent physical damage to the exterior of a secondary storage by reducing external force when the contact point of the secondary storage is diagnosed. CONSTITUTION: A performance inspector(100) of a secondary storage comprises secondary storages(150,150a), a transport unit transferring the secondary storages, a contact unit(160) contacting fingers to transfer the transport unit by an inspector, and an inspecting field sensing fault through the electrical contact point of the secondary storage which is transferred to the transport unit. An elastic member is placed between the transport unit and the contact unit to reduce external force which is delivered from the contact unit.
