PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring blood glucose, with a strip receiving device is provided to prevent contamination of the strip and to easily and accurately measure glucose concentration. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for measuring blood glucose using a blood lancet and a strip has a strip receiving device which is integrally mounted inside, which automatically discharges one strip among plural strips through an outlet(11) by converting a rotation movement into a vertical movement. The apparatus further comprises a strip storage device. The strip receiving device comprises: a housing for storing plural strips; an operation member(30) for rotating in a first predetermined angle in case of measuring blood glucose; a first transfer member(50) which converts a rotation movement of the first predetermined angle into a vertical movement to transfers one of strip among the plural strips; and a second transfer member(70) which moves the strip into the outlet.
