PURPOSE: A codominant oligonucleotide primer set for selecting Cgy-1(beta-conglycinin alpha' subunit) gene-deletion soybean mutant is provided to quickly determine Cgy-1 gene deletion. CONSTITUTION: A codominant oligonuelcotide primer set for selecting Cgy-1 gene-deletion soybean mutant contains: an oligonucleotide selected from oligonucleotides containing 15 or more serial nucleotide fragments of sequence number 1 and a oligonucleotide selected from oligonucleotides containing 15 or more serial nucleotides of sequence number 3; and an oligonucleotide selected from oligonucleotides containing 15 or more serial nucleotide fragments of sequence number 2 and a oligonucleotide selected from oligonucleotides containing 15 or more serial nucleotides of sequence number 3.
