PURPOSE: A vibration damper equipped with a trigger having a control function about the weak vibration is provided to facilitate the attachment by installing a control device which is not operated in the weak vibration including the weak earthquake, wind pressure, and impact in the vibration damper. CONSTITUTION: A vibration damper comprises a trigger. The trigger has a control function about the weak vibration in which the guide rail and buffering means reduces the vibration of the upper panel and protecting the goods on the upper panel in the generating vibration more than the constant size. The trigger comprises a wheel roller(160), a ball button(120), and an up-and-down reciprocating unit. The wheel roller is installed in the upper or lower panel. A part of rotatable ball is projected to outside. The ball button is installed in the upper or lower panel so that the ball button is symmetrical with the wheel roller. The accommodating groove(122) accepting the projected ball part of the wheel roller is formed. The up-and-down reciprocating unit is connected to the ball button and moves the ball button up and down.
