FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus for implementing a period or continuous method for hydrolysis of an organic substance involves serial mounting of a collecting tray (1), grinder (2), measuring tank (16), hydrolyser (3), expansion tank (13), degasifier (9) and fermenter (15). The hydrolyser (3) is connected to the expansion tank (13) through a transfer pipe (12). The expansion tank has a pipe (4) for outlet of exhaust steam. The latter is connected to a condenser (5), which is connected to a pipe (6) for supplying coolant, a pipe (7) for outlet of the coolant and a pipe (8) for carrying spent condensate and uncondensed gases. The degasifier is (9) is connected to the pipe (8) for carrying spent condensate and uncondensed gases, an air blower (11) for sucking uncondensed gases and a pipe (10) for spent condensate. The latter is connected to the expansion tank (13), which is connected to a pump (14) for pumping boiled substance, also connected to the fermenter (15).
