FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method includes analysing aliquots of said sample by one or more methods of protein description specified in the chromatography. The method is based on genetic analysis techniques specified in RFLP and T-RFLP. These methods can be applied both separately, and in a combination. The offered methods allow obtaining the information on the presence and fractions of various individual proteins or coding sequences.
