FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, oncology, also can be used for treating premalignant diseases of female genital organs. For this purpose, each session involves an injection of a dosage of mixed organ preparations. Then, an affected organ is exposed to laser radiation. A dose is partially delivered paracervically. Another portion of the dose is introduced by injections into a pathology region. In 10-15 minutes, the pathology region is coated with a photosensitiser or/and the latter can be introduced orally or/and intravenously. In 1-3 hours, this organ is exposed to laser for 7-15 minutes. Additionally for 10-25 minutes, a small pelvis and sacral bone region is exposed to cytoluminescent therapy (CLT) lamps. 1-3 sessions a week of the introduction of the mixed organ preparations are combined with activation by laser radiation and by CLT lamps. The therapeutic course is 10-15 sessions. ^ EFFECT: method provides effective treatment of premalignant diseases of the female genital organs and ensures a prolonged effect not requiring hormonotherapy. ^ 6 cl, 6 ex |
