ORGANIC LIQUID FERTILIZER MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ANIMAL NIGHT SOIL

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an organic liquid fertilizer based on livestock excretion is provided to reduce the load of subsequent processes by processing organic materials with the high concentration using microorganism. CONSTITUTION: Livestock excretion is transferred to the supply opening of a decanter equipped with a shaft and an extrusion wing. The livestock excretion is centrifuged into liquid phase and solid phase based on the rotation of the extrusion wing. The livestock excretion in the solid phase is processed in an anaerobic processing bath for 4 to 6 days. The anaerobic processed livestock excretion in the solid phase is uniformly distributed in 2 to 5 aerobic baths(50) and is decomposed for 24 hours. The aerobic processed livestock excretion is drawn to be transferred to a collecting bath(51).
