PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment that outputs voice provided from a server and independent from a video image when reproducing the video image, a video reproducing system, and a video reproducing method. SOLUTION: A DTV 1 acquires video content 25 from the server 2, and reproduces the video contained in the video content 25. A user voice is contained in the video content. The user voice is associated with the elapsed time of the video.
