PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus that suppresses forward tilting (falling) of an upper part of a front-side cover. SOLUTION: A disk player 100 (electronic apparatus) includes a top cover 3, a chassis 1 including a side wall part 12, a wall part 23 disposed overlapping the side wall part 12 in a state after assembly, and a front cover 2 including a lower rib 232 and an upper rib 231 provided on the wall part 23, wherein the lower rib 232 and upper rib 231 of the front cover 2 are formed at positions where the side wall part 12 is sandwiched from above and below in the stage after the assembly.
