PURPOSE: A channel state information feedback device, method thereof, base station, and transmitting method thereof are provided to feedback data by quantizing eigen-vector of a channel matrix through MIMO antenna. CONSTITUTION: A channel state information generating unit(130) generates channel state information including a first vector and a second vector. The first vector is generated by quantizing an eigen-vector based on a channel estimation result of the channel estimator. A feedback unit(140) feedbacks the generated channel state information.
