PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular body which hardly causes peeling in layers and between the layers and can maintain a strength for a long period. SOLUTION: The tubular body 10 has a plurality of layers 12, 14 (22, 24), 16 formed by winding prepregs constituted by impregnating reinforcing fibers with a synthetic resin. Regions 34 having a higher resin ratio than those of other layers in one or more of the layers 12, 14 (22, 24), 16 are formed, and the regions 34 having a higher resin ratio extends in the circumferential direction of the tubular body.
