PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold air cutoff device for a vehicle suppressing the chill of the shoulder of a user by cold draft by suppressing the chill of the shoulder by cold air from door glass. SOLUTION: This cold air cutoff device 11 for a vehicle includes a door interior trim material 18 and a cold air cutoff plate 14. The door interior trim material 18 is provided to the door body 33 of a side door 13 adjacent to the side of a seat 43, and the cold air cutoff plate 14 extends upward from the upper end 41 of the door interior trim material 18. The cold air cutoff plate 14 is installed so that the cold air around a door glass 16 remains between the shoulder Sh of an occupant Sn sitting on the seat 43 and the door glass 16. The cold air cutoff plate 14 is formed in a generally triangular, and forms an attachment lower part 51 arranged continuously with the upper end of the door interior trim material.
