PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a drop in the efficiency of a compressor by eliminating insufficient sealing of a compression chamber on the inner line side of a turning scroll in a horizontal scroll compressor using a pair of a fixed scroll and the turning scroll of asymmetrical tooth form. SOLUTION: The scroll compressor 100 has a plurality of compression chambers 103 formed by the turning scroll 101 and the fixed scroll 102 with a scroll lap 101b. A back pressure chamber 131 is formed on the anti-lap side of the turning scroll. An oil storage chamber 133 storing oil is formed in a sealed container 122. The fixed scroll is formed with a suction dig-in 102e and a round groove 102m located on the circumferentially opposite side to a refrigerant flow direction with the suction part as a starting point. The turning scroll is formed with an opening for supplying oil to the lap side from the back pressure chamber or the oil storage part.
