Screening device for delivery of a substance to a body cavity and subsequently retrieving a sample from the body cavity. The screening device (10) has a tubular body (1) provided with one or more openings (8) in a distal end of the tubular body (1), and a container part (14) in communication with the one or more openings (8). Furthermore, the screening device (10) is further provided with a valve assembly (10) positioned between the container part (14) and the one or more openings (8), the valve assembly (20) comprising a first valve part (16a, 16b) to allow a flow of an amount of the substance to pass from the container part (14) to the one or more openings (8), and a second valve part (17) to allow a flow of the sample to pass from the one or more openings (8) to the container part (14).
